What can I tell you about myself? I'm originally from Erie, Pennsylvania and moved to New Bern in 1994 (I traded the Snow for Sand!) I'm a professional Violinist, with a Master's degree in Music from Baylor University (sic em bears!) in Texas.  I perform with various churches and orchestras throughout Eastern NC.  I also founded a string quartet, the Riparian String Quartet, and we specialize in weddings (performing weddings and events in New Bern, Cherry Point MCAS, Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Greenville and anywhere East of Raleigh) There are many great wedding locations in the area!  I am also a teacher...starting a violin program in the Pamlico County schools and taught for 8 years.

I've had my real estate license since 2007. In January of 2016 I became a certified real estate instructor. I teach those who wish to receive a NC Real Estate License, and also teach post education to other agents! It can be a difficult journey getting through buying or selling a home, but I have the knowledge to navigate you through!

Whenever possible, I like to spend time with my other love: animals! I used to volunteer with the Croatan animal Rescue and Sanctuary. It was a no kill sanctuary for cats and dogs. Last year I did my own animal rescue! I saved some kittens who appeared on my property (they were about 6 weeks old) and NOW they live with me. I absolutely fell in love with them! I'm going to be volunteering at the local county shelter as well. I'm a big believer in adoption.  I also volunteer at the hospital, playing violin for the patients on the Oncology floor.
